I have not received my purchase confirmation ?


The confirmation of your purchase arrives immediately to the email you have left us, be sure to check the Spam, Junk or other mailbox of your email as it is possible that it arrived there. In case you don't find it, just let us know your full name and contact phone number in any of our ways to check it together.

Why does the confirmation arrive in the Spam, Unwanted or Other mailbox?
The security of your email filters out the emails that you talk to most often and those that are completely new usually go to the reference folders. So you can add us as a contact or simply check that our replies arrive in your main mailbox.

How do I know if my size is right?
Due to the fact that our sizes are international sometimes they differ from the ones we are used to in Spain, so please trust our size guide that you will find at the bottom of each page.
Remember that even if the shoe does not fit you, you only have to give us notice in order to make the corresponding change.

I received my order number, now what do I do?
Once we receive your order number, you just have to wait for our mail with the generation of the tracking number so you can check the status of your order. Please note that the generation is automatic and when you receive it, the Post Office system may not be updated yet, so we ask you to try again in the next 5 working days.


I received my tracking number but no information or it appears to be missing?


As indicated in point 3 you received your tracking number that was generated automatically so it may not be updated on the official platform, so we share with you search platforms to be able to consult the movement. We recommend starting the tracking within the following working days.

In your first search you may see information such as "pending deposit" "pre-registered" or others, don't worry it is the same that appears by default when created. You will be able to know more information about the delivery and/or estimate in the following working days.

Why haven't I received my order?


If we have confirmed you the order number and the tracking number, it means that your order is in process and we are respecting the established times.
